Since then she has released many studio albums. Three of which reached the top of the US Billboard 200' chart and the rest of her albums just fell short of the top spot. She's among the most popular artists that have come out from American Idol. In the course of her career it was evident that she experimented with different themes and styles of music. Often co-writing songs to express her emotions. The singer received critical acclaim as well as numerous prestigious awards for her individuality and vocal talent. She was awarded the Grammy Award is her most prestigious recognition. Her music career is not the only thing she does. Her appearances in TV and movies. She also wrote the book for children River Rose and the Magical Lullaby and has been involved with various charities.
