Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is a British composer and musician and. Harry Styles was one of the original members of One Direction. He is the child of Des Styles (father) and Anne Cox, Harry Styles was born on February 1, 1994 in Holmes Chapel. Harry Styles, a former student of Holmes Chapel Comprehensive Schools Holmes Chapel Comprehensive Schools was the founder of a band called White Eskimo together with three of his fellow students. The group was part of the Battle of Bands where thanks to their impressive performances they were winners. Although he has always been interested in the world of music, despite his passion for it he wanted also to be a lawyer or physiotherapist. The audition was held on The X Factor the jury Nicole Scherzinger suggested that Harry Styles join the band to be named One Direction along with Liam Payne Zayn Malik Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored this five-person group, and they created in the year 2010. They performed the song Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would be Sucking Without You along with Bonnie Tyler Total Eclipse of the Heart. As a result, they made it to the finalist. The group was however placed third place behind Rebecca Ferguson, and the winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles' group didn't take home the prize, however Cowell did pay two million dollars to One Direction for them to agree to a contract with Syco.
