Us Weekly confirmed in May 2020 that Pernas is in a relationship with her former The Young and the Restless costar Justin Hartley. The romance came following that the This Is Us star split with her wife Chrishell Stause November of 2019. In May 2021, the news was reported that Pernas Hartley has recently tied the knot in secret.
