Sofia Pernas was born in Morocco. She came to California when she was five. Her family lived mainly within Orange County. Her breakthrough came in acting when she graduated from University of California San Diego in the year 2015. After a brief appearance on NCIS and Leverage Pernas landed the role of Marisa Sierras in The Young and the Restless. Following her departure from the soap-opera in 2016 the actress scored an appearance in Jane the Virgin as Catalina. The model, who can speak four languages, has appeared on The Brave as Hannah Rivera, The Green Ghost and Secret Society of Second Born Royals. Her role as Lexi Vaziri was on Blood & Treasure between the year 2019 between 2019 and 2020. Us Weekly reported in May 2020, that Pernas was in a relationship with Justin Hartley from The Young and the Restless. This is Us' star Pernas was first seen with Justin Hartley following her breakup with Chrishell Stause, who she had been married to since November of 2019. Pernas Hartley was recently married at a private wedding as per reports in May 2020.
