Allison Janney

AllisonAllison Brooks Janney was born in the year 1959, on the 19th November. 2. She is an American actor. Over three decades, she is famous for her roles in different genres of screen and on stage. Janney was awarded various awards which include the Academy Award, a British Academy Film Award, A Golden Globe Award, and seven Primetime Emmy Awards, in addition to receiving nominations to win Two Tony Awards. Her birthplace was in Boston and was raised in Dayton, Ohio, Janney earned a grant to study in the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art following having graduated from Kenyon College. Janney was credited for several small and rarely-seen film and TV appearances in the past. Her breakout performance in the role of C. J. Cregg on The West Wing on NBC The West Wing (1999-2006) was the basis for four Primetime Emmy Awards. She won the Primetime Emmy Award in 2014 for Outstanding Guest Actress as for a Drama Series, for playing Margaret Scully's part on Masters of Sex. She was best known for her performance as Bonnie Plunkett.
