Carol Lynley

She is well-known for her work in the movies Blue Denim (1959), The Poseidon Adventure (1872) and The Poseidon Adventure (1972). Lynley was raised in Manhattan by her Irish mother and New England father. Before becoming an actor, she started her modeling career as a child model. She won the Theatre World Award in 1956-57 for her role in The Potting Shed. Lynley's film career started in the year 1958, with the Disney movie The Light in the Forest. Holiday for Lovers (1959), Blue Denim (1959) followed. In 1959, she was nominated for the Golden Globe Award as Most Promising Female Newcomer Female. One year later, she was nominated again for the Golden Globe Award as Most Promising Female Newcomer.
